Developed with the latest technology, the Nano tag shows excellent performance while being an alternative for on-metal tags. After flush-mounting, the Nano tag will be visible to RFID-based systems upon installation, and thus protected from possibility of damage. With high temperature resistance, this tag can be used in applications involving extreme heat conditions (autoclave, casting, construction work, etc.) without a compromise in its performance.

Results
Maximum Temperature Long-term at 10 hr: 185°F (85°C) No effect on tag. Tag remained the same in appearance and RFID performance/function. There was no sign of peeling, tearing or destruction. The tag read normal after the tests. *Test is not limiting.  

Standard at 5 min: 240°F (116°C)

Short-term at 90 sec: 302°F (150°C)

Minimum Temperature

 

-40°F (-40°C)
Temperature Cycling The tag was cycled to 302°F at equilibrium for five times. Between each cycle, it was air cooled to room temperature and read with an RFID reader.
