A Message from our President

As president and founder of William Frick & Company, I have instilled in our employees and representatives my basic philosophy to develop an engineered solution to our customers’ labeling and asset marking needs.

Our customers have been known to call us “The Graphics Engineers.” I believe it’s because we don’t attempt to solve their problems by settling for a standard product out of a catalog. I’m not satisfied unless our staff and representatives go out of their way to recognize the customers’ needs and specific product application.

We review each customer’s requirements, then tailor our marking products to their particular needs: materials, color, mounting method, logo identification, packaging, even inventory control and warehousing.

A proactive approach is essential to assisting our customers. From pioneering outdoor durable bar code markers for transformers and utility poles to the development of hotstick inspection labels, fiber optic markers, and portable electronic labeling kits - William Frick & Company is keenly aware of market changes.

My challenge to our employees and representatives is to always be first-to-market with a cost-effective, thoroughly engineered product.

From design stage through production, shipping and product application, quality is our first consideration. A full-time art department produces artwork layouts, prototypes and design suggestions. Our QA Team focuses on process as well as product quality. Many products are packaged in kit form so the end user has all necessary components to easily mark assets.

Our true desire to pursue excellence in designing marking systems keeps our customers confident that William Frick & Company will compose a custom solution better than they expected.
