Lock Out Tags
Make employees aware of hazardous work environments with custom, outdoor-durable lock-out tags. Lock-out tags are 4.5 x 2 inch cards that can be printed on one or both sides. Custom features like reinforced grommets, durable self-laminating flaps, or cable ties are available. The text can be printed in English and/or Spanish.
Use as part of a Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) program by affixing the lock-out tag to the locked device indicating it should not be turned on. Ensure that the high voltage device is turned off before tagging.
