What is your specialty?

As a small, innovative identification company, we are the best at providing fast custom solutions for all your id needs. Our sales and management teams have decades of experience in this field, and we pride ourselves in superior customer service before, during and after the sale.

Where do you manufacture your labels, tags, and markers?

William Frick's ISO 2001:9000 manufacturing facility is located in Libertyville, IL, 40 miles north of Chicago. We also have vendor partners across America

How will I know your product will perform as advertised?

We guarantee all our products to meet or exceed product specifications.  William Frick has an extensive testing facility on-site, and we have partnered with outside labs to verify the durability and performance of our labels, tags, and markers. 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What is your average delivery times?

For in-stock items, we can often ship within one business day.  We can ship via overnight or use messenger service for same day delivery.  Please call us for lead times of custom products.

How much lead time is needed for custom products?

William Frick is able to quickly turn around small runs and prototypes. Typical lead times are between 1-3 weeks, but please call as some products can be faster than others.

How do I order from William Frick?

I need my parts quickly.  Can you ship my order today?

We have many stock items; particularly numbering/lettering labels and tags.  Custom labels and tags can be shipped in 1-3 days but can take longer depending on the product specifications and order requirements.

Will I get to see what my sign/label looks like before I make a purchase?

Yes, for all custom items, we will provide an electronic art proof for your review. This proof must be signed and returned to us before we can begin production.

 

Do you have customer references?

Yes.  Contact a sales representative for customer references.

Do you have minority business owner status?

PAYMENT & FEES

How much are set-up, preparation, and other misc. fees?

We will send you a clear, concise quote detailing the product and price break quantities.  Because there are many ways a part can be manufactured it is impossible to fix a price on non-recurring charges.  We engineer each set-up based on the part size, colors, materials and quantity.

What are your accepted payment terms?

We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and checks. We also offer 30 day terms upon credit approval.

Do you give discounts?

Yes, we offer price breaks for large quantity orders. Your quote will automatically show the quantities needed and the amount saved.
